The 2nd Edition of the Ghana Executive Mananagement Awardsaims to identify and publicly recognize executive management level corporate business executives in the private sector and top tier institutional managers in public sector organizations who stand out for their exemplary professional capacities and knowledge, experience, conduct and actual accomplishments, as well as the sheer positive impacts they have had on the enterprises/institutions where they work. The purpose is to unveil a grouping of outstanding corporate/institutional managers who deserve the support and cooperation of all their stakeholders, including their employers, shareholders, peers, subordinates, suppliers, financiers, business support service providers and supply/value chain partners; the patronage of their customers; and the respect of their counterparts and the envy of their competitors.

Nominations will be invited from the general public.
Assessment and verifcation
Nominations will be assessed and verified by our research consultants.
Ranking
As organizers we will rank the nominations for each category.
Evaluation
The Jury will evaluate the shortlisted nominations and select the winners in each category.
Conferment
All awards will be conferred at a gala buffet dinner/dance event at a five star hotel in Accra.
